We’re glad you asked! When booking a play session, you’ll notice they are in 1 or 2 hour slots, but you can book more slots if you would like to play for longer.

Yes, we have a café area that serves a variety of pre-packaged kid-friendly snacks and drinks. Parents can also enjoy a selection of hot and cold beverages and light snacks. Please note, outside food and drinks are not permitted in the play area for health and safety reasons.

At Kid's Hub Nettleham, the safety and well-being of our visitors are our top priorities. We adhere to strict cleanliness and safety standards, including regular sanitising of play equipment.

All visitors - children and adults - are asked to wear socks in the play area.

Absolutely! Parents and guardians are required to stay and supervise their children during play. For certain play areas designed specifically for younger children, adults are to accompany and assist their little ones. Please note, we require all guests to follow our play center rules and guidelines to ensure a fun and safe environment for everyone.
